What do the roles mean?
Requesters submit and track tasks. Approvers review requests. Administrators manage operational controls. Owner access to this page is separately protected.
“First sign-in required” describes an account's state. It does not confirm that an invitation email was delivered.
Account details clear when you leave or hide this page. This admin session is separate from the Maintenance Desk. Refreshing the page requires signing in again.
